I made a reservation that was soon confirmed. The next day I noticed that they tried to call me and I immediately sent an email asking if everything was ok with my reservation. They never answered me.
A few days later they sent me an email saying that they regretted the fact that I had canceled the reservation.
I called the hotel and they told me they had problems charging my credit card and simply canceled the reservation without giving me the opportunity to use another card or payment method.
A few minutes after the cancellation, I tried to book again but they blocked this house on the dates I wanted.
I called again but they were not available to find a solution.
Honestly, it seemed like an overbooking situation and they chose the guest who would stay longer.
It's a shame this lack of respect for customers.
